The air is changing, the ice is a distant memory, and there is an unmistakable energy building at 109 Grand River St N. As we prepare to launch into my second season at the helm of Grand Experiences, the sense of anticipation is unlike anything I’ve felt before.

There is a unique kind of magic in seeing the first groups arrive—the sound of paddles hitting the water and the collective exhale as the current takes hold. People are ready to get back out there, and that enthusiasm is contagious.

A Summer Already in Motion

The response this year has been nothing short of incredible. Our calendar is filling up faster than we ever anticipated, with bookings already stretching into August. From families planning their traditional summer escape to adventure seekers locking in their heritage river expeditions, the momentum is building every single day.

Beyond our individual bookings, we are seeing a massive surge in corporate engagements. Companies are looking to move beyond the boardroom and reconnect their teams through shared experiences in the outdoors. We are currently finalizing several large-scale retreats that will bring professionals out of the office and onto the water to recharge and refocus.
