Grand Experiences Inc. Photo Submission Terms & Conditions, & Media Release Agreement

By submitting a photograph to Grand Experiences Inc. for the World Photography Day Contest, the participant agrees to the following terms:

1. The participant confirms that they are the original creator and copyright owner of the submitted photograph.
2. The participant grants Grand Experiences Inc. permission to use, reproduce, publish, share, and display the submitted photograph for promotional, marketing, website, social media, advertising, and editorial purposes without compensation.
3. The participant grants permission for Grand Experiences Inc. to use their name, social media handle, and photo caption in connection with the submitted image unless otherwise requested in writing.
4. The participant confirms that any identifiable individuals appearing in the photograph have provided consent for their image to be used by Grand Experiences Inc.
5. The participant understands that submitted photographs may be cropped, edited, or formatted for promotional use while maintaining the integrity of the original image.
6. The participant retains ownership of the original photograph.
7. The participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grand Experiences Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any breach of these warranties, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, trademark violation, or invasion of privacy regarding the submitted photograph.
