Official Contest Rules & Regulations

1. HOST: The contest is hosted by Grand Experiences, located in Paris, Ontario.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority (18+) at the time of entry. Employees of Grand Experiences and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. CONTEST PERIOD: The contest begins on January 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST and ends on January 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. To enter, scan the official QR code at the Hamilton Adventure Expo booth and complete the digital entry form in full. Limit of one (1) entry per person.

5. PRIZE:

  • Prize: One (1) Guided Grand River Experience for Two People.
  • Conditions: Prize must be redeemed during the 2026 operating season (May–October). Dates are subject to availability.
  • Value: The prize is accepted as awarded and has no cash surrender value. It is non-transferable. Transportation to the launch site is the responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION:

  • A random draw will be conducted on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
  • The selected entrant will be contacted via the email address provided.
  • To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
  • If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, or fails the skill-testing question, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

7. PRIVACY: By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Grand Experiences for the purpose of administering this contest. If you opted in to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

8. GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Grand Experiences from any liability, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.
