Book online now!Experience the river without the rough water. You want a relaxing day on the water where you can chat with friends, take photos, and not worry about tipping over. This is our most popular route for a reason: wide waters, gentle currents, and zero stress. Best of all, we handle the logistics so your car is waiting for you at the finish line.
Your Journey Down the Scenic Grand
From Historic Towns to Hidden Forests. We shuttle you to the start point at our 150-year-old Grand Experiences shop in downtown Paris. After a quick safety briefing and launch assistance, you’ll paddle under the William Street Bridge and leave the town behind.
A Wildlife Photographer’s Dream. As you drift into the Carolinian Forest, the noise of the road fades away. This section of the river is famous for its wildlife. Keep your camera ready for Great Blue Herons stalking the shallows, Ospreys diving for fish, and Bald Eagles soaring overhead.
No Waiting at the Finish. The trip ends at the Brant Conservation Area, where the river widens into a calm, lake-like setting. Because you parked here at the start of the day, there is no waiting for a shuttle van. You simply land, load up, and head home (or stay for a picnic).
