Our premier team-building adventure is experiential learning at its best. Grand Quest combines a fun adventure along the inspiring Grand River Valley, with learning True Colors' interpersonal skills to build rapport, cooperation & teamwork.

True Colors' is a model for understand yourself and others based on personality temperament. The fun begins with self-discovery and discovering insights into team-mates' motivations & actions. Then we step it up, mixing Human Nature with Mother Nature for a team-based quest with adventurous hike, cycling &/or paddling with choice of canoes, kayaks or 8-person rafts along a secluded forest-lined river. Experienced guides provide coaching as team-members learn to draw-out each other's best attributes for interactive problem-solving & activities to complete the quest.

The activity is customized to your group and the time of year. in the winter we do a semi wilderness hike, combined with orienteering in the forest. Spring Summer & Fall a hike is still an option and we add cycling & paddling with a choice of canoes, kayaks, 10 person voyageur canoes & 8 person rafts.

Grand Experiences provides our team of highly skilled, experienced guides to coach your team, keep everyone safe, and provide a lot of fun along the way. The event takes place along the Grand River Valley through rare Carolinian Forest ending in a Conservation Area.
