Grand Experiences requires a 50% deposit at time of booking. Balance of payment is due before trip start time teh day of your trip. Grand Experieces will provide a total refund if a minimum 48 hours notice is given for cancellation for bookings not requiring meals for accommodations. For bookings involving meals & accommdations we default to the supplier's cancellation policy for their portion of the booking. Customers failing to cancel with agreed notice will be charges the total cost of the trip.
Exemption for bookings made within 48 hours of trip
Exemption also made for Cancellations due to weather that comply with our Weather Policy. In this case you can also qualify for full refund if you call ahead and confirm weather cancellation due to weather conditions.
River Weather Policy
Trips may be rescheduled if:
* We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule trips due to extreme weather.
* Trips cancelled due to extreme or unsafe weather will be rescheduled, credited or refunded.
* Please call us before cancelling due to your local weather forecast. We have used Radar Weather Monitoring for 20 years and can tell if the weather will be ok the day of your Trip.
* Please remember that paddlesports are an outdoor activity. Prepare for rain or shine.
